ONE SHIP-TO LOCATION - Each Order you place can have one - and only one - delivery location. If you need delivery of our products to more than one location, please use a separate Order for each Ship-To location.
SHIPPING-RELATED CHARGES - The total amount of all Shipping, Handling, and similar charges related to your Order will be displayed to you during Checkout before you commit to any Order. No "surprise" charges from us or our delivery partners will ever show up on your credit card.
PAYPAL CONSIDERATIONS - If you intend to pay for your Order via PayPal, please note that their system requires you to enter your credit-card and other information before Shipping-related costs can be displayed to you. But you still don't have to commit to payment for the Order until after you see the Shipping-related and all other costs for your Order.
FREE OR DISCOUNTED SHIPPING - If your Order qualifies for free shipping based upon total Order amount or other factors, a Free Shipping option will be presented to you automatically during CheckOut. An option to enter any Discount Code you may have for Shipping and/or Merchandise also will be presented to you during CheckOut. Please remember that, in most cases, only one Discount Code can be applied to each Order (i.e., they cannot be "stacked" for cumulative discounting).
All free or discounted shipping is based on our Standard Delivery services. If you request Accelerated Delivery or Rush Delivery (see below), you will be charged for the entire cost of the shipping, and no Free Shipping options or Shipping-related Discounts will apply.
STANDARD DELIVERY - TIME & TRACKING - For delivery via Standard Shipping within the United States and Canada, please allow up to 14 calendar days to receive this item, starting from the date you submit your Order on this site. Actual delivery time often is noticeably shorter - typically about one week. For other countries, please allow up to 30 calendar days before sending us an inquiry.
If you have set up a Customer Account on this site or separately enter your email address with your Order, you should receive a notification by email shortly after your Order is shipped. In most cases, that notification will include a URL and code that enables you to track the delivery status of this item online. (Shipping Notices are in addition to the Order-Confirmation Notice you should receive very shortly after submitting your Order.)
The overall delivery times cited here include processes for both fulfillment of your Order for this item and for shipping it to the location you designate on your Order. For faster-than-Standard delivery (which affects only transport time in most cases), please see the Accelerated Delivery section below.
ACCELERATED DELIVERY - Where available for the Ship-To location you enter for your Order, you may be presented during CheckOut with one or more options for faster-than-Standard delivery. Free Shipping offers do not apply if you select any Accelerated Delivery option.
In some cases, you might be offered a Rush [or similarly named] delivery option. We don't recommend using this, but if you feel you truly need it, that's up to you. These services are very expensive, minimum Shipping charges of $100 or more may apply, and you waive any and all rights to Changes or Cancellation of an Order if you choose it. Note, too, that choosing Accelerated or Rush Delivery affects only the transportation-related portion of the time required for your Order to reach you. Such Shipping-related choices do not expedite production or other non-Shipping fulfillment functions.)
SERVICE PROVIDERS & CHARGES - Your Shipping-related charges are calculated based upon the type and speed of service that you select from those we offer to the delivery location you enter on your Order. The available options and charges will be presented to you during CheckOut before you commit to the Order.
Our primary shipping partners in the U.S. and Canada include FedEx, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service. Various other carriers may be used for shipments to other countries. The service provider used can vary with each Order. Selection of the provider is at our discretion and/or that of our production partners.
In most cases, a notification will be sent to the email address you enter with your Order shortly after each shipment is made in fulfillment of that Order. Typically, such notifications will identify the carrier used and provide a URL and transaction code with which you can track delivery progress online. In the course of such tracking efforts (or through any accounts you may maintain separately with the carrier involved), the carrier may offer you various optional services (for example, weekend delivery or hold-for-pickup services). Payment for any such options you select is solely your responsbility, and we have no responsibilities whatsoever regarding the execution of any such optional services.
MULTI-SOURCE ORDERS - At Will Barger Arts, we necessarily use different prodution partners for different items. This variety both enables us to offer you a wide range of products to choose from and helps us assure consistently high quality in both the base items and any printing of our artwork. As a result of this variety, however, it is possible that - if you order multiple different items on a single Order - those items could ship to you from more than one location. At this time, our computer systems unfortunately cannot break all of that out and display it on-screen during CheckOut.
But rest assured that the Shipping-related charges we display before you commit to any Order include the full costs to you associated with all shipment(s) for that Order, regardless of the number of Ship-From locations involved. You are never subject to any "surprise" charges. (Frankly, all of that can get complicated in a hurry. But if we miss something and don't show you all of our costs, we just "eat" those excluded costs on our end. Getting those things right is our problem, not yours.)
This variety also means that - again, if your order contains items that ship from more than one location - you could receive multiple shipments using multiple carriers before everything on a given Order arrives at the Ship-To location you entered on your Order. In such cases, you typically would receive a separate URL and tracking code by email for each separate shipment involved.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS - For most of the products we offer, processing by our production partners of the items you order can often begin within a few hours of you submitting your Order on this site. For stock items, pulling from inventory can begin within minutes, and the item can be shipped out the same day.
So while we may attempt to make a requested change to, or cancellation of, your Order after you submit it, please do not expect us to succeed in that effort. Changes and cancellations typically are not allowed once our production partners start work on your Order.
Also note that, once a carrier charges our account for shipment of items on your Order, it can easily cost us more to "back out" such charges than the charges themselves (if it's possible to get a refund at all). Therefore, no refunds of Shipping-related charges to you are available once we are charged by the carrier or our production partners for the related shipping (except where a defective product or shipment of an item other than what you ordered is involved, per our usual policies on Returns).
YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER - Particulary if delivery of an Order by a specific date is important to you, please do provide us with your telephone number when prompted for it during CheckOut. We probably won't need it. But if we do, it may be the only way to "save" a timely delivery. Rest assured that your telephone number will not be provided to any other organization, and we will not use it to "market" to you. (If you want to hear what Will Barger himself sounds like when he gets really ticked off, place an unsolicited marketing call to his home number. We literally despise receiving such calls ourselves, so we don't make them to others, regardless of how much money it might make us.) We only use your telephone number if something gets fouled up with your Order and/or its shipment and an immediate interaction with you is necessary to prevent the problem from getting bigger, etc.
NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE(S) - Please understand that timely processing of your Order ultimately falls under the control of our production partners and/or shipping providers. Therefore, we do not offer any guarantee nor other commitment to any delivery on a given date, nor within a specified range of dates - even though the Delivery Times we quote here tend to be pretty darned reliable.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS & SHIPMENTS - While the "rules" above for Retail Customers generally apply to Customers in our Wholesale Programs, some additional options and variations may apply. If applicable, please check with your Wholesale Account Representative regarding such options.
TAXES, TARIFFS & FEES - For shipments to locations within the United States, any applicable Sales Taxes are charged to you, and they are displayed separately during CheckOut before you commit to any Order. We make any remittances required to the various State or other taxing authorities.
For shipments to locations outside the United States, you are responsible for the calculation and payment of any Sales, Value-Added, or other taxes, as well as any applicable Import Tariffs or other fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate nor display any such items on this site.
As a core part of our business model, Will Barger Arts generally does not maintain any inventory. Such an arrangement is vital to our ability to offer you a wide range of limited-availability items. Therefore, we cannot simply hold returned merchandise in stock until an Order for that item is received later from another Customer.
Accordingly, Returns of this item are allowed only for defects in materials or workmanship, or for shipment of a size and/or or color other than what you entered on your order. Any returns must be pre-authorized by us and conducted in compliance with the Returns Policies & Procedures provided in detail HERE.
Unauthorized Returns of merchandise will likely be ignored, and we are not responsible for any subsequent return to you (or any other final disposition) of any such items. Typically, such items are simply donated to a charity after a short period of time.
That being said, we truly want all of our Customers to be completely happy with every item they buy from us, and with all of their interactions with us. If that's not the case for some reason, please let us know. We'll do our best to fix any problems and otherwise show our appreciation in whatever way makes sense in each case.
Generally speaking, your Request for a Return of Merchandise must be filed with us no later than 10 calendar days after your receipt of the merchancdise, which must be received by us unused and in its original condition. (So that means: No, you can't order an item, wear it to a party or otherwise, and then decide to return it - even if you don't spill anything on it. Our apologies to the vast majority of you who know that without being told. But you might be surprised by what some folks try to pull off these days, so we've learned to be really clear about this.)
